Every strip here is a 12 V, 5 m roll we stock and install regularly — judged on LED density (how dot-free the light looks), colour options and build. Prices are per roll; all come in under ₹1,000.
Best budget: 120-LED strip — ~₹479
The 12V 120-LED warm white strip (also in cool white) is the entry point for cove and wardrobe lighting. 120 LEDs/roll gives good brightness for indirect coves where the strip is hidden; visible runs show slight dotting.
Best brightness: 240-LED strip — ~₹629
Double the density: the 12V 240-LED warm white reads as one continuous line of light even semi-exposed — the pick for mirror backlights and open shelves. Warm, cool and natural white variants cover every interior scheme.
Best finish: Wipro profile strip — ~₹989
The Wipro 264-LED profile strip is made for aluminium profile channels: high density plus a diffuser gives that seamless, architect-render glow for kitchen under-cabinets and niche edges. Also in warm white.
Don't forget the driver
12 V strips need a driver (SMPS). Sizing rule: ~2 A per 5 m roll of 120-LED, ~4 A for 240-LED, then add 20% headroom.

Where strips work best
Cove/false-ceiling perimeters (warm white), wardrobe interiors with a door sensor for auto-on, mirror halos (natural white), TV walls (warm, behind the panel). For colour-changing scenes, step up to the RGB 120-LED kit.
