BLDC vs induction: the decision that matters most
A conventional induction-motor fan draws 70–80 W at full speed. A BLDC (brushless DC) fan like the Atomberg Renesa 1200 mm does the same job at around 28–35 W. 1200 mm is the Indian standard for a reason — it fits almost every bedroom. Mounting height matters too: blades should sit about 8–9 ft from the floor and at least 1 ft below the ceiling.
