Terms of Service

EaseHome is owned and operated by Perni Kethan Sai, a sole proprietorship, registered at 47-15/2/B, Sri Sai Colony, Chintal, Hyderabad, Telangana 500055, India (GSTIN 36HXHPK2822K1Z6). By accessing or using our website or app (the “Platform”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law to buy from EaseHome. We currently sell and deliver within India only.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including a valid mobile phone number, which is required to place an order so that we and our delivery partners can reach you. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charge is shown separately at checkout.
• Where a maximum retail price (MRP) and a discount are shown, the MRP is the manufacturer's stated price and the savings are calculated against it.
• Some products are sold by variant (for example, colour or size), by configurable options, or by length (such as cable and wire priced per metre). The price and options that apply are shown on the product page.
• We try to keep product details, images, pricing and stock accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we may cancel the order and refund you; we will let you know if this happens.
• Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the selected items. For online payments, your order is created and confirmed only once your payment succeeds. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If stock runs out after a successful payment, we will cancel the affected item and refund you automatically.

Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway, PayU, which supports UPI, cards and netbanking. We do not accept cash on delivery. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank details — see our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled.

• Delivery is free on orders at or above ₹4,999; below that, a delivery charge is calculated at checkout based on your PIN code.
• Local (in-zone) orders are typically delivered within 24 hours – 2 days. Outstation orders are shipped via our courier partners and usually arrive in about 3–5 days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• You will receive tracking updates by email and on your account's Orders page once your order ships. Your tracking ID is shared once the order is dispatched.
• Please ensure your delivery address, PIN code and landmark are correct. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

We do not offer returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, you can request a free replacement within 48 hours of delivery. A refund is issued only where a replacement isn’t possible, and is returned to your original payment method. Full details are in our Replacement Policy.

EaseHome also lists independent home-service professionals (such as electricians, plumbers and designers). We verify professionals before they are listed, but they are independent third parties and not our employees or agents. Any service engagement is a contract between you and the professional; we are not a party to it and are not liable for the services they provide.

Coupons and promotional offers are subject to their own terms (validity, minimum order, eligible products and usage limits). Unless stated otherwise, coupons cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may not apply to every product. We may withdraw, modify or void offers, and cancel orders, where we detect misuse or abuse of a promotion.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its systems or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, copy or resell our content, catalogue or data without permission.
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading or abusive.

The EaseHome name and logo, the Platform, and its content (including text, graphics, layout and software) are owned by Perni Kethan Sai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Product names, brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not use them without prior written permission.

All products we sell are 100% genuine and sourced from trusted brands. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it is honoured as per the brand’s terms — please keep your invoice for any claim. Except as expressly stated and to the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perni Kethan Sai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and where we are liable, our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any grievance process below, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of EaseHome.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when we post them and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
